Please note that any items on pre-order can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks before being received. Payment is collected upon ordering the item.
As most the products listed on this site will often be available for preorder, please take note of the timeframe for production.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. However, for international territories outside USA, we are not responsible for customs fees, VATs, taxes and duties, etc. The buyer is responsible for such fees.
We will be shipping through the United States Postal Service. We do not ship to suspended territories. Please check if your country is on the list on the following website:

Please double check your address at check out. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, then you must incur shipping fees again before we re-ship your item.
If you ordered a pre-order item and an in stock item, it will be combined into one shipment. In stock item will be held until pre-order item is ready for shipment. If you need the in stock item sooner than later, please do a separate transaction for the in stock item.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products and sales of these product, all sales are final at this time unless defective. If your item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
