Pre-Orders

Why do we need to pre-order?

Pre-orders help with manufacturing the item.  Once we receive a certain amount, then the item will be put into production.  It also guarantees that you will receive the item.  Some items may not be re-stocked.

When will you update us about our pre-order?

Please be sure to follow us @hamandheoney on Instagram.  We will be transparent of the process through our Instagram Stories as production updates us.

Do I need to pay first for pre-orders?

Yes. We need payment up front.  This will help fund the production for the item. Major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.  

Can you walk me through the pre-order process?

1. Order and pay for the item(s), and you'll receive an e-mail confirming your order.  
2. Patiently wait 3-8 weeks. We will post on Instagram Stories  and update you with the production process.
3. Once product is received, we will do quality control, which may take 3-5 days (dependent on volume of pre-orders), then we will mail out your item(s) within 3-5 business days.

Shipping

My package is lost. What do I do? Can you replace the item?

Please contact your post office first.  Unfortunately, once the item leaves our hands and is dropped off to the post office, we are no longer responsible for lost mail. We cannot send a replacement at this time.  

Do you ship worldwide?

We do!  Unfotunately shipping is expensive, so we have no control on the pricing from USPS.  Please note that we cannot ship to territories that are suspended.  This website can be found here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

Do note that as the buyer you will be responsible for additional customs fees, VATs, taxes and duties, etc.

I'm an internationl buyer and would like to host a GO for your item. Will you be able to work with me?

Yes!  Please contact us at hamandhe[email protected], and we will walk you through the process.  

I just purchased your item.  When will I receive it?

If it is a pre-order, it will take about 3-8 weeks.  If it is an item that is available at hand, we will ship within 3-5 business days.

I purchased an item that is available in your shop and also a product that is a pre-order.  Will I receive two packages?

We will hold off on shipping anything until your pre-order item is available for shipment.  It will be in one shipment.  If you need the item that is available in our shop and cannot wait for the pre-order item, then we recommend you do a separate transaction for the in stock item so you can receive it sooner. 

What is this "grading" system?

When items are received, we go through each item to see if there are any imperfections.

Grade A - The best version, normally no visible imperfections and comes out the way we want it to

Grade B - Comes with visible imperfections whether it be dents or scratches. Grade Bs are discounted from the retail price.

Grade C - Huge imperfections and the lowest quality.  For example, there can be a huge visible scratch to the PVC Photocard holder window. This item will have  huge discount from the retail price.  Up to 50% or more discount.
